Material: Plastic
This is what you put matcha in.
● Tea whisk (made in China) Kazuho tea whisk
●This is used to put matcha and hot water into a tea bowl and mix them (tateru).
● Tea scoop, white bamboo (made in Japan)
This is a special spoon.
Add 1.5g to 2g (1 to 1.5 heaped tablespoons).
Tea towels (linen products)
This is used to wipe the tea bowl during the tea ceremony.
Moisten the tea towel with water and wring it out tightly before use.
For everyday use, warm the tea bowl in hot water, discard the water, and then dry the bowl with a tea cloth.
If you do not drain the water, some matcha grains may remain when you brew the tea.
●Matcha: Ogurayama 30g can Yamamasa Koyamaen
Makes about 20 cups.
Please use a sieve such as a matcha sieve (sold separately) to sift the matcha.
If the tea is not sifted, some grains may remain when brewing.
