About packaging and gift tags

Packaging fees will be charged separately.
If you wish to have individual packaging, please select "paid individual packaging" on the cart screen.
*We can wrap even just one sheet of kaishi paper. (Some large items are excluded.)
*We will do our best to accommodate your requests. Please specify in the comments section when placing your order.
*The following products are not eligible for individual packaging.
・Products delivered by mail ・Folding fans ・Colored paper ・Zodiac related products

Please choose from the following four types of gift tags.

  • ・The envelope is where you write words such as midyear gift, thank you gift, or memorial gift.

    ・Name is the surname of the sender or chief mourner. (In some cases, the full name is used.)

    ・Usually the gift will be wrapped inside, but if you would like the gift wrapped outside, please write this in the comments section.

    ・Please contact us for more details. It depends on the area, but we will try our best to accommodate you.

  • 象牙製品等の取引確認書（PDF）をダウンロードしていただけます。
    象牙製品等の取引確認書を開いている画面の印刷画面でプリントアウトしてお使いください。

    象牙製品等の取引確認書の署名欄のみにご記入の上、（運転免許書・健康保険書・個人番号カード・パスポート・その他公的機関が発行した各種免許証）のいずれかと一緒に
