If I order additional items, will there be additional shipping charges?
If it's before shipping, we can combine it.
Shipping is free only if the total amount is 7,700 yen or more. *If the total amount is less than 7,700 yen, shipping will be charged for one shipment.
Can I specify a date and time?
Please select your desired time slot. Please specify the desired date in the comments section.
Please enter your desired date from the 3rd day after the order date onwards.
(We may not be able to deliver on the desired date in the following cases.)
・In areas where delivery takes more than two days, in cases where the product is on back-order or out of stock ・In cases where payment is made by bank transfer (the product will be shipped after the transfer has been confirmed)

How do I return or exchange an item?

Product not delivered
If none of the following apply to you, please contact us.
If payment is by bank transfer, the item will be shipped after the transfer has been confirmed.
-After receiving the order confirmation email, we may send you an email informing you that shipment will be delayed due to stock shortages or needing to order the item.
Please check to see if you have missed any emails.
・If you choose mail delivery, the item will be delivered to your mailbox. Please check the mailbox of your addressee.
