Born in Kyoto in 1958 (Showa 33)
1978: Graduated from Kyoto College of Art and Design, Department of Ceramics
Won a bronze medal at the university's graduation exhibition
1979: Graduated from Kyoto Prefectural Pottery Training School
1980: Studied under Professor Yoshihisa Nakamura of Tofukugama and learned how to paint Ninsei and Kenzan ware.
In 1985, she opened her own kiln in Fushimi, Kyoto. Since then, she has held solo and group exhibitions around the country with her feminine sensibility.
