1993: Enrolled in the Special Fine Arts Department of Saga University (studied Japanese painting under Kazuo Ushizuka)
2001: Enrolled in Kyoto Prefectural College of Pottery
2002: Trained at a Kyoto pottery studio
2004: Dispatched to Italy as part of the "Kyoto Young Craftsmen Overseas Dispatch Program"
2006: Opened a kiln in Yamashiro Taga and is currently studying
In 2010, the kiln was moved to Satsuma.
