Graduated from the Ceramic Arts Department of Seto Ceramics High School in Aichi Prefecture in 1994
1995 Selected for the Ceramic Art Biennale, won a prize at the Japan Ceramic Association Exhibition, and received an Encouragement Award at the Toyota Art Exhibition
1996: Awarded the Japan Machinery Association Exhibition and the Ichinomiya City Art Exhibition Excellence Award
In 1997, he returned to Ogaya Kiln and received instruction from his father, Yaemon.
Selected for the Japan Machinery Association Exhibition, and won the Excellence Award at the Toyoda Art Exhibition
In 1999, he was selected for the first time in the Nitten Exhibition, won an honorable mention in the National Culture Festival Gifu 99 Art Exhibition, and received the Mayor's Award in the Toki City Art Exhibition.
2005 Selected for Nitten Exhibition, Chunichi Shimbun Award at Hakokai Exhibition
