The fence that I thought the wind had thrown over the mountain stream was actually a bunch of autumn leaves that hadn't been washed away.The fence that I thought the wind had thrown over the small stream flowing through the mountains was actually a bunch of autumn leaves that hadn't been washed away.
This poem was written on the journey from the foot of Mount Hiei to Omi.
"Yamakawa" refers to a small stream that flows through the mountains.
"Kaketaru" means to fix and install.
"Shigarami" means something that blocks the flow of water, and maple leaves are used for this symbol.

From 1980 to 1988, he worked at a workshop producing Kiyomizu ware and tea ceremony utensils in Fushimi Ward.
