[4th Generation (Masaaki Akazawa)] Grandson of the 2nd Generation Shuzo
Born in 1941
In 1981, he held solo exhibitions at various locations, including the Mitsukoshi department store in Nihonbashi and the Daimaru department store in Kyoto.
1984: Exhibited at the Kyoto Daimaru "Contemporary Ceramic Artists' 100 Incense Burners Masterpiece Exhibition"
In 1988, he took on the name of the 4th generation Koshi-yaki potter, Roseki.
In 2007, he exhibited at the Kyoto Traditional Ceramic Artists Association 50th Anniversary Exhibition at Takashimaya in Kyoto.
Became a full member of the Japan Crafts Association for his modern Kochi ware with a line motif.
Member of the Kyoto Traditional Writers Association.
Selected for the 1st and 2nd Japan Ceramic Art Exhibition
