●What is a katakuchi tea bowl? It is used for one person and can be poured into a cup or glass.
●Matcha glaze is a glaze made using discarded matcha that cannot be sold.
This was developed in collaboration with ceramic artist Jo Ono as part of Yamamasa Koyamaen's SDGs initiatives.
