1968 (Showa 43) Built a hole kiln in the mountains in Shigaraki and started producing Shigaraki tea pottery.
1974, Daitokuji Temple: Received instruction from Master Daiki Tachibana and continues to this day
Started producing reliefs, producing reliefs for the Okinawa Ocean Expo, and researching and producing tea ware and Iga pottery.
1979 (Showa 54) Held a solo exhibition at Nyoian, Daitokuji Temple, and also held a solo exhibition at Urasenke.
Started researching and producing black tea bowls in the style of Chojiro and red tea bowls in the style of Koetsu.

In 2014, he was given the posthumous Buddhist name Genkaku Sadamitsu by His Holiness Taigen Kobori, head of the Rinzai sect (Kenninji sect).
