[4th Generation (Public Name: Toyozan)] Kosanyo Kiln
Born on January 1, 1935. 1951: Studied under Kinoshita Kenzan, an Ifu Banko master, and learned hand-twisting. 1955: Studied under Sato Nobuhisa, a traditional craftsman. 1959: Studied under Tsuji Shinroku, a Kyoto potter. 1965: Succeeded as the 4th head of Komoyama ware. 1967: Moved the kiln to Kurakawa, Higashikawa, Yokkaichi City, and renamed it Koyama Kiln. 2004: Produced tea ware and original pottery. 2005: Produced and presented the Miyakiran bowl to the Takamadonomiya residence.
