Bansekigama Born in Nagato City, Yamaguchi Prefecture in 1955. Studied under Nakano Nirin in Hagi in 1971. Established Bansekigama in front of Yumotomonmon in Nagato City in 1981. Won an award at the Tea Ceremony Art Exhibition in 1986, and an award at the Kyushu and Yamaguchi Ceramic Exhibitions. Won an award at the Tea Ceremony Art Exhibition every year from 1986 to 2012. Has been active and studying at craft exhibitions since then.
