Born in 1951 as the eldest son of the fifth generation.
After completing training in ceramics at the Kyoto City Industrial Research Institute
In 1972, he studied under the previous master.
After completing his ceramics training at the Kyoto City Industrial Testing Institute, he continued to study.
Travels to the United States and teaches pottery in Santa Cruz.
Since 1982, he has won numerous awards at exhibitions and other events in Kyoto.
In 1988, he succeeded to the name of the 6th generation.
Currently a member of the Kyoto Traditional Ceramic Artists Association
