●Jitchiku (real bamboo): The underground stems of the Madake species grow from cliffs into the air, with branches and leaves growing out of them. Unlike normal underground stems, they are not hollow, so they are used for seals and walking sticks.

[Tajima Sekio Roshi] Room name: Fukiken Nanshuji Temple of the Daitokuji School
Born in Tokyo in 1951
Graduated from Komazawa University
Hanging tower at Daitokuji Monastery in 1976
He trained under Master Nakamura Sojun, and after his death, he received the Dharma training from Master Takada Myoho (current head priest).
He became a disciple of the former head priest of the Daitokuji sect, Seiryoken Kankei Roshi, and trained at the Mino Kokei Sodo.
In 1995, he became the chief priest of Nanshuji Temple and the head priest of the Nanshuji Temple monastery.

[Ryukozan Nanshuji Temple]
It is a Rinzai sect Daitokuji temple located in Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture.
The temple was founded by Daibayashi Soso and the principal image is the Shaka Triad. The tea masters Takeno Joo and Sen no Rikyu trained here and are associated with this temple.
