●Wakihonen wo kizasu (harmony and prosperity for a good year)...'Waki' means cold winters, warm springs, hot summers and cool autumns, and the harmony of natural conditions represented by the five winds and ten rains.
``Oshi'' means a sign, something that is shown before something happens.
The tea ceremony especially values harmony. The saying "Harmony is a sign of a bountiful year" explains how harmony should be valued by using a good harvest as an example.
● Autumn colors are still and tranquil...Although it is not yet autumn, it feels as if autumn is definitely approaching. The wind, trees, and mountains are all beginning to take on the autumn colors, and they are being felt by all five senses.
Signs of autumn
● Seifuu (fresh breeze): A refreshing wind. A clean breeze. Also, a fresh air or mood.
