When the weather is good, the sun appears, and when it rains, the ground gets wet. These are examples of natural phenomena that seem to have no influence whatsoever, and of a state of detachment that is completely free of any unnecessary delusions.

[Hisada family] The name of the Hisada family's hermitage is Hanshoan, which refers to the two-tatami medium-sized tea room built by the third head priest, Sozen.
The Hisada family was the husband of the daughter of the third head priest, Sotan, and is of Rikyu's bloodline. If the family line was in danger of dying out, a son was adopted from the Hisada family.
