● Spring grass and green pond: Spring grass and green shoots have already sprouted on the banks of the pond (a peaceful spring scene).
●Shonzan takakuhana shosho (The tall flowers of the spring mountains smile like a laugh)...Both ``warai'' and ``bloom'' have the dual meaning of ``to laugh'' and ``bloom.''
"Hanawarai Utaei" is read as "Flowers bloom and the nightingale's song is sung."
"Hanasakiwara" is not "hanasakiwarau" (flowers bloom and smile) but "hanawarau" (flower smile), describing the sight of flowers blooming in the mountains in spring.
● Birds singing here and there… Meng Haoran’s five-character quatrain: “Springtime sleep is so intense I don’t even notice dawn. I hear birds singing here and there. The sound of the wind and rain at night. How long will it take to know when the flowers have fallen?” The first two lines
"Spring is so sleepy that you can't even tell when dawn is coming. I heard birds singing here and there. I could hear the wind and rain at night. Some flowers must have fallen."
Viewed with a calm state of mind, it depicts the scene of a tranquil spring day.
