● Seizan Ryokusui: The season of fresh greenery
The harmonious state of all things
The mountains are green and the water is green as it was. "When you see it, the mountains are green and the water is green as it was before. The bright moon and the clear breezes are just as they were before."
Fudo Roku: It says that one can travel around the green mountains and green waters of Ichijo.
●Kouunryusui (flowing clouds and water)… A metaphor for not being too attached to things and just going with the flow of nature, like clouds moving through the sky or flowing water. It is also a metaphor for something that does not have a fixed form, but flows naturally and smoothly.
●The clouds clear and the green mountains become visible (The clouds clear and the green mountains become visible)...A scene of nature where the clouds clear and the green mountains become visible.
(A Zen teaching that likens mountains to Buddha nature and clouds to worldly desires, representing the state of enlightenment where delusion has been eliminated.)
