As I gazed up at the starry sky, a cool breeze blew and I felt refreshed.

●Many threads of wishes hung on the bamboo poles...On the night of Tanabata, many threads of wishes are hung on the bamboo poles.
I remember the long years of my youth and prayed for the future. I prayed for the future.
When I see young boys and girls hanging many five-colored wishing threads on the top of bamboo poles on Tanabata, praying for success in academics and sewing, I am reminded of my own time as a boy when I performed the Kikkoden (a ritual to pray for success in prayer).
