Born in Takaoka in 1935
1958: Trained at Kyoto Casting
In 1963, he devoted himself to making tea ceremony utensils in Takaoka.
1975 Selected for the Takaoka Chamber of Commerce and Industry Exhibition
In 1979, he became a traditional craftsman in Takaoka City.
Inheriting the tradition of casting from Oshu and Yamagata, he is dedicated to creating products that pursue the natural beauty of iron and fire, and is currently studying tea ceremony utensils.
