Graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Doshisha University in 1982.
1983: Completed the Kyoto City Industrial Research Institute's Traditional Industry Successor Ceramic Arts Course
Graduated from Kyoto Prefecture Pottery Training School Molding Department in 1984
Studied under his grandfather and father, Rakuinyu
Founded and directed "Rakuiri Kiln" since 1989
In 2000, he received the "Rebirth" seal from the head priest of Sennyuji Temple, Ryusho Kumagai.
2001: Certified as a traditional craftsman
2004: Manpukudo 3rd Generation: Yoshimura Rakuinyuu
Member of the Kyoto Craft Artists Association in 2014
Part-time lecturer at Okinawa Prefectural University of Arts
