Graduated from Ishikawa Prefectural Wajima Lacquer Art Training Center in 1982
1982: Received the Japan Lacquer Association Encouragement Award and the Wajima City Charity Scholarship Award
First selection at the Ishikawa Traditional Crafts Exhibition in 1983, and has been selected nine times since.
First selected for the 7th Japanese Traditional Lacquerware Exhibition in 1999, and has been selected six times since.
1992: Received the Wajima Lacquer Technique Preservation Society Chairman's Award at the Wajima City Art Exhibition.
1993 Awarded at the Ishikawa Contemporary Art Exhibition
Currently a full member of the Japan Kogei Association
