Tosho became a painter for Eiraku Jikuzen and then became independent.
Born in Kyoto in 1946
In 1979, he took on the name of the third generation, succeeding the first and second generations, Toshinori Kato.
In 1985, he received the Kyoto Traditional Art Merit Award.
Held solo exhibitions at Takashimaya, Daimaru, etc.
