Born in 1941
Graduated from Tajimi Prefectural Technical High School in 1960
1963: Started working at Toki City Ceramic Testing Center
During this time, he studied under ceramic designer Sakuzo Hineno.
In 1972, he left the company and became independent, and has been studying since then.
Since then, he has won numerous awards at national export design competitions and prefectural exhibitions.
