Born on October 14, 1939 as the fourth son of the 12th generation Kasuke
Graduated from the ceramics department of Arita Technical School in Saga Prefecture
At the age of 14, he learned wheel throwing techniques from Kasuke Chiyo.
In 1939, he exhibited at the Nagasaki Prefectural Art Exhibition for the first time and won the Governor's Award.
Since then, he has been selected as a special prize winner for five consecutive years and received the Governor's Award three times.
1941: Won an award at the Mainichi Ceramic Art Exhibition
In 1944, he entered the Japan Traditional Crafts Exhibition for the first time and was selected.
Selected for the Japan Traditional Crafts Exhibition in 1976
In 1979, an exhibition of Hirado ware tea ceremony utensils was held at the Osaka Mitsukoshi Department Store Gallery.
In 1984, he took over the name of the 13th generation after the death of the previous generation Kasuke.
Since then, I have been looking forward to holding an open exhibition.
