Born in Kyoto in 1942 as the fifth son of Gyokudō Tezuka.
Learned pottery from his teacher, Gyokudo
In 1971, the Kanshuji kiln was opened in Yamashina, Kyoto.
In 1973, he exhibited his works at the Seiju-kai and Toshu-kai exhibitions.
On the occasion of his 60th birthday, he was appointed by the head priest of Daitokuji Temple, Takada Meika, to use the name of Kachogama and the name of Sekiun.
In 2003, he opened the Kacho Kiln in Saga, Kyoto.
