First generation Yoshizo: In 1912, his father, Yonosuke (second son of the second generation Gorosuke Asami, branched off and opened a kiln in Gojozaka)
Born in Gojozaka in 1961 (Showa 36)
Teacher: Studied under my father (2nd generation) and uncle (2nd generation)
1992 (Heisei 4) Succeeded to the 4th generation
In 1995, the name Yoshimine Kiln was given to the potter by Master Masamichi Maeda of Zuiho-in, a subtemple of Daitokuji Temple.

I strive to create works that embody the concepts of wabi and sabi.
