[3rd generation (real name Nobushige)]
1902: The first generation Zuiho (Yutaka) was born in Gifu Prefecture. 1917: He engaged in the manufacture and sale of ceramics in Seto City. 1923: He founded the predecessor Nishio Shoten. 1939: He moved to Yokkaichi and specialized in flower vases and tea ware. 1941: The second generation Zuiho (Yutaka) was born. 1952: He studied under the first generation. 1955: The first Nihon University Art Exhibition was held, and since then, he has won multiple awards, including the Minister of Education Award and the Minister of International Trade and Industry Award. 1960: The third generation Zuiho (Nobushige) was born. 1983: Yutaka took over the name of the second generation. Shigenobu trained in Osaka and studied under the second generation. 1990: Shigenobu continued to train young artists even after the Nihon University Art Exhibition ended. 2001: Shigenobu took over the name of the third generation (still studying to this day).
