[4th generation (real name Yukio)] Takegei Arima Kago Kutsuwa Co., Ltd. Founded in 1868, this company produces Arima Kago (bamboo crafts) and bamboo brushes. Only the craftsmen led by Kutsuwa Shochikusai have inherited this craft.
Currently, only the craftsmen in our workshop, led by the fourth generation, are making Arima baskets, a traditional craft designated by the Hyogo Prefectural Governor, using traditional techniques.
