[Kuroda Soden III] Bamboo craftsman Born in Kyoto in 1941. Studied and studied under his father. In 1962, he took on the name Soden III. In 1967, he was given the title of Chikuken by the head priest of Kenninji Temple, Takeda Masuyoshi.

[Takeda Shinen] Born in Osaka in 1941. Became an apprentice to Takahashi Koshu in 1943. Became a disciple of Hayashi Keikyo, a teacher at the Tofukuji Temple subtemple, Shogon-in in 1951. Graduated from Osaka Kyoiku University in 1955. Became the head priest of Myoki-an in 1960.
