● Kanza shoufu wo kiku (listening to the pine wind while sitting quietly)… Throw away all distracting thoughts, sit quietly and simply listen to the sound of the pine wind. If your mind is in a hurry, you often won't notice. If you sit quietly and listen carefully, you will be able to hear a clear sound.
