● A fresh breeze rises from the bamboo leaves (takeyouyoseifu okosu)…This is taken from the verse “The bamboo is yours, and a fresh breeze rises” in “Kyodo Roku,” and depicts the bamboo sending out a cool breeze.
By removing the presence of humans, the piece more succinctly expresses the refreshing freshness of a bamboo forest.

[(Name Kirigakureken)] 673rd head of Myoshinji Temple of the Rinzai sect
Born in Wakayama Prefecture in 1931 - Died in 1994 at age 63
After six years of life as a novice monk at Muryoji Temple in Wakayama, he was ordained under Karyo Furukawa at Koukokuji Temple in Wakayama.
1951: Hanging pagoda in Seigansodo Hall
Study Zen under my teacher, Kajiura Ikkai (the 29th head priest of Myoshinji Temple) (Ikkai Roshi is also a Zen master of Urasenke and Hounsai)
In 1968, he became the deputy chief priest of Shogenji Temple and the head priest of the Shogen Sodo.
1978: Master of the Shogenji Specialized Dojo, Head Priest of Shogenji, 3rd President of Shogen Junior College
