[3rd Generation] Bizen Pottery
Born in Honami, Bizen City in 1958 as the eldest son of Living National Treasure Fujiwara Yu.
In 1980, after graduating from Meisei University, he returned home and studied under his grandfather Kei and his father Yu, who were also living national treasures, and began making pottery.
First kiln in 1990. First solo exhibition at Okayama Tenmaya in March of the same year. Since then, solo exhibitions have been held in various places, mainly at Tenmaya and Takashimaya.
