Graduated from Kyoto Prefectural Pottery Vocational Training School in 1961
1964: Trained at Katsura Kiln in Kyoto
He studied under the first generation Sohaku and Soraku, and has been devoting himself to pottery for the tea ceremony at Katsura Kiln for over 30 years.
I strive to create works that embody the concepts of wabi and sabi.
