In 1966, he studied under Shohei Sugita at Seikanji Kiln.
In 1975, he studied under Okada Sekiun.
In 1979, he exhibited at the Creative Art Exhibition and won a prize.
In 1980, the Rakuto Kiln was opened in Yamashina, Kyoto.
1994 Tanko Biennale Tea Ceremony Art Exhibition Selection
Won the Minister of International Trade and Industry Award at the 16th Kyoto-yaki and Kiyomizu-yaki Exhibition
