[3rd Generation] Isseido, Tea Ceremony Metalwork Artist, Living in Nagoya City, Born in 1920. In the past, Isseido's black-waisted kettle was made by first creating the shape for the kettle using the "squeezing" technique.
The pieces are polished with magnolia charcoal, colored by boiling in copper sulfate, and finished by smoking with pine needles.
The successors were the first generation, Saito Keijiro, the second generation, Ito Masajiro, and the third generation, Ito Hikoichi.
