Born in 1942 (Showa 17) in Fukui Prefecture.
In 1979 (Showa 54), he joined the Japan Kite Association and started making bamboo crafts.
He trained for many years in the Echizen Bamboo Doll Village.
1996: Became independent, continued to study bamboo crafts, and continues to teach them to the present day
