Ceramic flower vase

There are two types of ceramic vases: Watarimo and Kuniyaki.

Various pottery vases
There are many types of ceramic vases, including celadon, blue and white, and painted porcelain.
Celadon ware, which was introduced from China, is considered to be the true vase, followed by blue and white and red porcelain.
National ware includes Kyoto ware such as Seto, Takatori, Iga, Shigaraki, Bizen, Tamba, Hagi, Karatsu, and Raku.
  • Those that are glazed and have an elegant shape are considered to be vases.
  • Unglazed earthenware is said to be a grass flower vase.

For thin wooden boards, wet them with water and wipe them thoroughly before use.
For unglazed vases such as Bizen, Iga, and Shigaraki, wet them thoroughly with water and wipe them thoroughly before use.
