1975 Graduated from Kyoto Prefectural Pottery Technical College
Trained at Yoshida Zuisen Kiln
1979: Trained at Oono Zuisho Kiln
Received the Governor's Award at the Long-Term Technician Course Japanese Painting Exhibition.
1981: Received the Japan Nanga Academy Award for Excellence in Painting
1985: Awarded the Japan Nanga Academy Prize for Excellence
1983 (Showa 58) Opened Tosho Kiln in Higashiyama, Kyoto
1992 Selected for the Tankosha Biennale Tea Ceremony Art Exhibition sponsored by Tankosha
1994: Held a solo exhibition at the Osaka Asahi Gallery
1996: Certified as a traditional craftsman
