1981 (Showa 56) Governor's Award at the Bankoyaki Ceramics Exhibition
1984: Won the Minister of International Trade and Industry Award at the Teapot Competition
1987 Selected for the Japanese Sencha Crafts Exhibition
Since then, he has won numerous awards at the Japanese Sencha Crafts Exhibition and held numerous solo exhibitions.
