[Kiba Koen] Female writer (studied under Miyagawa Koun and then became independent)
Born in Kagoshima Prefecture in 1950
1972: Graduated from the Kyoto Prefectural Pottery Training School Design Course
Studied under Koun Miyagawa
1981: Graduated from the Kyoto Municipal Industrial Research Institute Ceramics Department
In 1982, he established the Hanayama Kiln and became independent.
2028: Selected for the Kyoto Prefecture Craft Industry Technology Competition in 2012 - Selected every year until 2011
Since then, he has been studying on his own, producing and studying tea ware, focusing on colored enamel.
