February 3rd: Setsubun, the day before the start of spring
An event held at the change of seasons as spring arrives.
In the direction of the demon gate, open the window and face outside, scattering demons twice, then close the window immediately after scattering.
The evil direction is northeast and southwest.
Then, outside the gate, good fortune is scattered twice, once inside and once outside the gate.
Within the household, "fuku wa uchi" is said once.
But I think it's fine if it's spread freely.

1994: Certified as a traditional Kyoto-yaki and Kiyomizu-yaki craftsman
