Born in Kamigyo Ward, Kyoto City in 1955
1972 Graduated from Kyoto Prefectural Pottery Technical College, Molding Department
Worked at a pottery studio in Sentsuji, Kyoto.
1977: Studied under Kiyokazu Hara
1981: Opened in Yamashina, Kyoto
