1. The original is a national treasure: the six-petaled celadon tea bowl
1. This is a celadon ring flower tea bowl fired at Longquan kiln in China, and its shape and the color of the celadon glaze are the most beautiful tea bowls. It is said that in the late Heian period, around the beginning of the Angen era (1175), Taira no Shigemori donated gold to Ikuo Mountain in Zhejiang Province, China, and the bowl was sent in return by Zen master Goji Butshou of Ikuo. It later became a treasured possession of Ashikaga Yoshimasa.
