He received the character "ko" from his great-grandfather, the designer "Masako Ebata."
Born in Kyoto in 1974 (Showa 49)
1996 Graduated from Kyoto Prefectural Pottery Technical College, Design Department
Studied under the second generation Kato Josui
2003 (Heisei 15) Founded Komari and Rakuga Kobo Kotemari
In 2008, he was awarded the title of Kyoto Craftsman.
